Our Story
Snow is a name synonymous with Toowoomba real estate, with a reputation spanning over 70 years.

Our founder, the late Peter Snow, opened a small real estate office in 1951 on Ruthven Street. The business handled residential, commercial and rural property sales and rentals. It became renowned in Toowoomba for its regular fortnightly clearing sales in nearby Scholefield Street, selling everything from antiques and watches to household items. Peter Snow became the sole owner in 1961. It wasn’t until the office moved to 241 Margaret Street in 1970 that the business was renamed Peter Snow & Co.

In 2003, the team relocated to our current location at 196 Margaret Street, Toowoomba City.

Today, Snow remains a privately owned company within the Snow family. We continue our proud history of success with our founder’s sons, David and Peter. Together, with an outstanding team, our services are focused on Toowoomba’s residential real estate market.

In our 70^th year of operation we rebranded to Snow.
